It started with code. At 20, I was already architecting platforms for some of Germany’s largest enterprises: Deutsche Telekom, Bosch, Deutsche Bahn. I loved the craft. Designing systems that were fast, resilient, and elegant. Over the next decade, I built search engines that cut procurement costs by 94%, platforms serving millions of users, and microservices architectures that replaced monoliths at 100x lower operating cost.

But a pattern kept emerging. The hardest problems were never technical. They were human. Brilliant architectures stalled because teams weren’t aligned. Products shipped late not because the code wasn’t ready, but because nobody agreed on what to build. Legacy systems survived not because they were good, but because nobody felt empowered to change them.

That realization changed everything.

I became a certified NLP Master Coach and earned Scrum Master and Product Owner certifications at the highest professional level. I started leading differently. Coaching teams through agile transformations at Bayer that boosted delivery by 80%. Reshaping reactive cultures at Deutsche Telekom into proactive ownership. Building cross-functional teams at E.ON that delivered critical infrastructure under budget and ahead of schedule.

I also discovered a deep passion for artificial intelligence. Not just as a technology, but as a force multiplier for great teams. I started helping organizations adopt and build AI solutions. From architecting data platforms at Bayer that enabled real-time, AI-driven recommendations reducing chemical usage by 90%, to shaping sovereign AI infrastructure at SAP for European digital independence. I believe AI reaches its full potential when the teams building and using it are empowered, aligned, and curious.

In 2024, I moved to Valencia, Spain, and founded EnCoCoEU to bring this integrated approach to companies across Europe. Not just building systems. Not just advising on strategy. Not just developing people. All three, together. Because great tech thrives with great teamwork.
